Sometimes things go wrong, if you're not totally happy please let me know and I'll do my best to sort it out xx

  • If there is a fault with your product, I will happily replace the item, including return postage.
  • There is no problem exchanging an item that's the wrong size if it's unworn, undamaged and still in original saleable condition. Return postage and postage for the new product is to be covered by the customer.
  • If a gift is not suitable I am happy to discuss exchanging unused items with postage at the gift recipient's expense.
