Do you include an invoice when you send my item? I'm ordering a gift and don't want the payment info to be sent with it.

No, I don't for that very reason! :) I'm delighted that the many orders from Nellie and the Cat are sent straight to the gift recipient so invoices are never included in the package. Plus who wants extra paperwork you don't need, right?

An item I'd like says it's Sold Out, can I still order it?

Possibly! If it's marked as sold out send me a message via the Contact page and I'll let you know when it's available again. However, if an item has just disappeared from the website it's likely to have been discontinued so won't be available again, sorry.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I try my best to have all orders in the post within 3-5 working days, with the exception of pre-order items. The rest is up to the Post Office. I send all parcels with tracking and you will receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post. For NZ orders please contact me for a estimated time frame.

Can I return my item?
