An item I'd like says it's Sold Out, can I still order it?

Possibly! If it's sold out send me a message via the Contact page and I'll let you know when it's available again. However, if an item has just disappeared from the website it's likely to have been discontinued so won't be available again.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I try my best to have all orders in the post within 3-5 working days, with the exception of pre-order items. The rest is up to the Post Office. I send all parcels with tracking and you will receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post. For NZ orders please contact me for a estimated time frame.

Can I return my item?
